System characteristics
TGV-805
Testing chamber provides
an efficient system for testing ignitability of building products subjected to
direct impingement of flame. It is designed according to EN ISO 11925-2:2002 for testing ignitability of styrofoam (EPS), however, it can be adapted
for testing any material that highly deforms or flows under direct impingement
of flame. The chamber is made of stainless steel with heat resistant glazed
doors on the front and lateral wall. The burner is connected to an outside gas
tank.

Frontal and side ignitability test
Software
To facilitate the testing and report writing process, there are two PC programs available: TGV.805 Timer and TEST REPORT FORM. Both programs are LabVIEW based.
